On change vs. creation, I also distinguish between inventive-creative (largely/entirely new things made) and adaptive-creative (tinkering with things that already exist in a functional form). I'm adaptive-creative; I'm not an "idea guy" and rarely make new things. I almost always tinker with things that are already made.
